ORDINANCE NO. 85 - 60 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Begin at the Northeast corner of the East 10 acres of <br />the Northeast quarter (%E}) of the Southwest quarter <br />(SWj), in Section 22, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; <br />thence run South 450 feet; thence run west 130 feet; <br />thence run north 450 feet parallel to the center section <br />line; thence run east 130 feet to the Point of Begin- <br />ning. <br />All above described property now lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from RS -6, Single-Far..ily Residential District to <br />RM -10, Multiple -Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and de- <br />scribed in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this l th`a, of 7111v 1985. <br />BOARD OF COU!,TY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: .�.,.
