ORDINANCE NO. 81-3 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citi- <br />zens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the Southwest '4 of the Northeast ', of <br />Section 23, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, lying <br />southerly of the Fellsmere-Sebastian Road (S.
