Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit= <br />That part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 26, <br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East lying East of the <br />East right-of-way of U.S. 1, and being more particularly <br />described as: Beginning at a point 737.65' South of the <br />NE corner of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence continue <br />South along the 1/4 section line a distance of 164.0' <br />thence run N 89056104" W a distance of 510.89' to the <br />intersection of a curve, said curve being the East right <br />of way of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence run Northwesterly <br />along said curve having an interior angle of 00034107" <br />and a radius of 170128.75' and being concave to the <br />Northeast, an arc distance of 170.021; thence run S 890 <br />47114" E a distance of 550.28' to said 1/4 section line <br />and P.O.B. said parcel containing 2.0 acres more or less. <br />Be changed from C -IA, Restricted Commercial to M-1, <br />Restricted Industrial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 5th day of January , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By �C l�li rf/ /��1r •� �' i <br />RICHARD N.
