ORDINANCE No. 83-13 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation <br />thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THMFMRE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Begin at the intersection of the East line of Section 26, Township <br />32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, and the North <br />right-of-way line of 37th Street (Barber Avenue), thence run 30 feet West and <br />parallel to the North right-of-way line of 37th Street to the Point of Begin- <br />ning of the following described tract of land: <br />From the Point of Beginning run North and parallel to the East line <br />of said Section 26 a distance of 660 feet, said point being and lying 30 feet <br />West of the East line of said Section 26; thence go West and parallel to the <br />North right-of-way line of 37th Street a distance of 660 feet; thence go South <br />and parallel to the East line of said Section 26 a distance of 660 feet and to <br />the North right-of-way line of 37th Street; thence go East along the North <br />right-of-way line of 37th Street a distance of 660 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning.
