ORDINANCE NO. 84-68 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />A parcel of land in Section 26, Township 32 South, Range <br />39 East being more particularly described as follows: <br />The South 715.00 feet of the SEe of the SEq less the East <br />690 feet, and less the South 55 feet for roadway right-of- <br />way.
