<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
<br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
<br />be amended as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />following described property situated in
<br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />BEING A PART OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39
<br />EAST, AND A PART OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE
<br />39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND IS MORE
<br />SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS:
<br />THE EAST 330 FEET OF THE SOUTH 2 ACRES OF THE EAST 10
<br />ACRES OF TRACT 1, AND THE EAST 330 FEET OF TRACTS 8, 9,
<br />AND 16, IN SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST;
<br />AND THE EAST 330 FEET OF TRACTS 8 AND 9, AND THE EAST 330
<br />FEET OF THE NORTH 731.6 FEET OF TRACT 16 IN SECTION 34,
<br />TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY OF
<br />RECORD, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC
<br />RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND NOW LYING
<br />AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
<br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District, toAR-lAA,
<br />Single -Family District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
<br />described in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 1st day of August
<br />1984.
