ORDINANCE NO. ' 84-69 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South 660' of the SE ; of Section 29, Township 315, <br />Range 39E, lying Easterly of the eastern boundary of <br />Low's Park Subdivision, Unit I, per plat thereof recorded <br />in Plat Book 1, Page 27, Public Records of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida.
