ORDINANCE NO.83-8 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Conmissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a Point on the North Line of the northwest <br />a of Section 30; Township 33 South; Range 40 East where <br />said line is intersected by the easterly right-of-way <br />line of U.S. Highway No. 1, as said easterly right-of-way <br />line existed prior to November 7, 1953; and from said point <br />run North 89057'51" East on said North Section Line a distance <br />of 80.78 feet to its intersection of the East right-of-way <br />line of S.R.D. No. 5 per (Road Section No. 8805-150,206) as <br />existing on September 19, 1982, thence South 12°04136" East <br />51.12 feet to the Point of Beginning of the surveyed parcel <br />thence run North 89°57151" East, 332.80 feet along the South <br />right-of-way line of Oslo Road as recorded in O.R. Book 142, <br />page 664, of Indian River County, Florida; thence run South <br />00° 49' 41" West, 50.00 feet, thence North 891 57' 51" East <br />75.00 feet; thence South 00° 49' 41" West, 235.76 feet, thence <br />South 89° 57' 51" West, 342.55 feet to the present easterly <br />right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 as existing on <br />September 19, 1982, thence run North 12° 04' 36" West, 292.16 <br />feet along this easterly right-of-way line to the Point of <br />Beginning. Subject to all easements and/or rights-of-way <br />record. Containing 2.37 acres more o� less. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial to C-lA, Restricted Commercial. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Comaissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 19thday of January , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIMER COUNTY <br />By ce-�u-�c <br />CHARD N.
