ORDINANCE NO. 83-36 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pur- <br />suant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that <br />the following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />BEGIN AT A POINT 363 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST <br />CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST <br />QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 39 <br />EAST, THENCE RUN EAST 210 FEET, SOUTH 210 FEET, WEST <br />210 FEET, NORTH 210 FEET, TO POINT OF BEGINNING, <br />LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY; SAID LAND LYING AND BEING IN <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
