a <br />M <br />M <br />Commissioner Wodtke realized Florida Land is <br />disappointed, but noted that as a private company they have <br />to make decisions and take risks, while the Commission must <br />address this on an overall basis. He felt that he could <br />positively state right now that there is going to be growth <br />on the north island and there is going to be a need for <br />water. He agreed Florida Land had been the leader in this <br />effort and he thanked them, but emphasized he did not <br />want to lose any control with an interim franchise. He was <br />confident an agreement can be reached on July 7th. <br />The Chairman called for the question.
