His only question was <br />relative to.the need for a crew -cab truck in that he would <br />personally prefer to get a 1 -ton flatbed with a cab built <br />over it. <br />Discussion continued as to the need for the various <br />trucks, and it was noted that these trucks run constantly <br />supplying in-kind services, in addition to their other <br />duties. <br />Commissioner Lyons felt it would be wise to purchase <br />these now while we have the funds. <br />The Chairman called for the question. You will recall that the project requires acquisition of <br />three (3) parcels of property and that terms have been reached <br />previously on the smallest of the three with Mr. James Hammond. <br />The other two parcels are owned by Mr. & Mrs. Skip Wright and C. L. <br />LaFevers, Jr. <br />LaFevers owns the largest of the three parcels and has delivered a <br />counter-offer to the County which warrants formal consideration at <br />this time.
