ORDINANCE NO. 83-6 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent• to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties <br />in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be amended <br />as follows <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 296.5 feet of the South 662.05 feet of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East; being further <br />described as the East 296.5 feet of Tract 2, Section 5, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, according to said <br />Last General Plat of Indian River Farms Company Subdivison. <br />AND ALSO <br />The East 185 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, all lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida; being further described as the <br />East 185 feet of Tract 7, Section 5, Township 33 <br />South, Range 39 East, according to said Last General <br />Plat of Indian River Farms Company Subdivision. <br />Less right-of-ways and easements of record. <br />Be changed from A, Agricultural to R -2D, Multiple <br />Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved acid adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida.on this 5th day of January , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By <br />RICHARD N.
