ORDINANCE NO. 84-37 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter <br />described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation <br />thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Carmissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and the accarpanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />The North 630 feet of the East 5 acres of the West 20 acres of Tract <br />11, Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian River County, <br />Florida, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian <br />River Farms Land Caripany Subdivision as recorded in Platbook 2, <br />Page 25 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said land now <br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, less rights-of-way of <br />record. Said land containing 2.24 acres. <br />Be changed frau R-3, Multiple -Dwelling District, to A, Agricultural <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said <br />Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida on this 20th day of June, 1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER.
