believed that the record will show that Commissioner Wodtke <br />has made his position clear. <br />ACTING CHAIRMAN LYONS CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on with Commissioner Fletcher <br />and Acting Chairman Lyons voting in favor of <br />the Motion for denial of the appeal and <br />Commissioners Bird and Wodtke voting in <br />opposition.
