ORDINANCE NO. 84-86 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of Tract 16, lying East of I-95 in Section 3, Township <br />33 South, Range 38 East, according to the last general <br />plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company as filed <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPTING the North 9.03 acres <br />thereof, said land now situate in Indian River County, <br />Florida.
