ORDINANCE NO. 81-4 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held <br />a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest <br />and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the acco�:panying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 2, Section 28, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, <br />said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial and A -Agricultural Districts <br />to R-1 Single Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect February 16, 1981. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />
