ORDINANCE NO. 85-19 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Being the North 645', of the West i of the East 20.7 <br />acres of Tract 3, of Section 27, Township 33S, Range <br />39E, LESS rights-of-way, according to the Plat of <br />Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, as recorded <br />in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to C-2, Heavy <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 6 day of March <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IND RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />PATRICK B.
