Description of A 99KOU Services to be provided by PBS&J (attach additidnal pages, if necessary): <br />The ENGINEER shall conduct testing and analysis of groundwaters at the Indian <br />River County Sanitary Landfill during the month of June 1982. This sampling <br />and analysis shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the De- <br />partment of Environmental Regulation (DER). All samples shall be analyzed for <br />the following parameters: <br />° BOD ° Conductivity ° Cadmium <br />• COD pH ° Copper <br />° Nitrate 0Iron 0Total Coliform Bacteria <br />° Nitrite ° Lead 0Teif1perature (at time of <br />° Chloride ° Chromium t saglpling) <br />At the time of sampling, the depth of the groundwater surface from the ground <br />surface will be recorded. The wells to be sampled shall tie as follows: <br />Well PA aWell #2A <br />Well #3A <br />The ENGINEER shall furnish a copy of the laboratory analyllis reports to the <br />County and DER after the analysis is complete. <br />0 <br />6. The compensation to be paid PBS&J for providing the requested services lihali be: <br />❑ A. Direct personnel expense plus a surcharge of 150%, plus relmburshble costs. See explanation on <br />reverse side., <br />® B. A Lump -Sum charge of $ 1,050, 00 . <br />❑ C. Unit Cost/Time Charges Identified in Exhibit A, attached. <br />❑ D.
