She stated that she <br />has noticed that any time a business is operated by a <br />government, even.if it doesn't pay property taxes, it can't <br />operate without tax money. She stated that she was not for <br />selling the hospital, but would like to see it run in a . <br />businesslike way and favored holding an open public hearing <br />as set out in the following -Resolution of ACT. <br />
