r � <br />n JUL 7 IVVZ LiK ;p, ft'Rn� 342 <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AC'rREEMENT, made this 29th day of June , A.D. <br />1982, between MR. C. L. LaFEVERS, JR., having a mailing address of <br />P. 0. Box 1002, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter called <br />Seller, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, having its administrative offices at 1840 25th <br />Street, Vero Beagh, Florida 32960, hereinafter called Buyer. <br />(Wherever used herein, the terms Seller and Buyer shall include <br />the singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives, successors <br />and assigns, as the.context may require.) <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Flgirida, at a meeting duly called and held on the <br />2nd day of June, A.D. 1982, signified its agreement to the condi- <br />tions outlined herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, <br />conditions and covenants set forth herein, the Buyer and Seller <br />agree as follows: <br />1. TITLE - SUBJECT PROPERTY <br />The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall buy the <br />following described real property, located in Indian River County, <br />Florida, hereinafter referred to as Subject Property: <br />AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A <br />2. PURCHASE PRICE <br />Buyer shall pay to Seller at closing, subject to adjust- <br />ments or set-off S. required by this contract, the sum of <br />EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND and 00/100 ($85,000.00) DOLLARS, said payment <br />to be by bank check signed by the Chairman and Clerk of the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />3. CLOSING.DATE; CONDITION OF PURCHASE; POSSIBILITY <br />OF REVERTER <br />The contract shall be closed and the deed and possession <br />shall be delivered on or.before twenty (20) days after such date <br />as Buyer shall have acquired, by execution of purchase agreements <br />
