ORDINANCE NO. R3-21 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of. Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amend- <br />ed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 4, Section 9, Township 33 South, Range 39 East <br />according to the last general plat of lands of <br />Indian River Farms Company filed in Plat Book 2, <br />Page 25, of the public records of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida; said land now lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A, Agricultural District to R-1AA, Single - <br />Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on the 15th day of June , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By:_ <br />Ri hard N.
