CLUP - 1 <br />Tuesday, July 13, 1982 <br />The Board of County Commissioners, and the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, met in <br />Special Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th <br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, July 13, 1982, at <br />7:00 o'clock P.M. Present from the Board of County <br />Commissioners were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Alfred <br />Grover Fletcher, Vice Chairman; Dick Bird; and Patrick B. <br />Lyons. Absent was William C. Wodtke, Jr., who was out of <br />town. Present from the Planning & Zoning Commission were <br />Carolyn Eggert; John W. Tippin; Richard Parent; and Thomas <br />R. Jones. Absent was Maggie Bowman. Also present were <br />C. B. Hardin, Acting Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; Chris Paull, <br />Assistant Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Patrick Bruce King; Community Development Director; Art <br />Challacombe, Planning Manager; Dewey Walker, Zoning Manager; <br />and Janice Caldwell, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order.
