I call your attention to a potential" problem our <br />client may encounter concerning the comprehensive use plan and in <br />particular, the commercial/industrial node located at Route 60 and <br />I-95. <br />This firm represents my father, Eugene P. O'Neill, Trustee, <br />the fee owner of twenty acres of property located between I-95 and <br />90th Avenue, just South of Route 60. My father attended many of the <br />preliminary workshops and hearings before the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and was advised that his property would be included in <br />the commercial/industrial node located at Route 60 and I-95. That <br />property is and has been zoned commercial for some time. My dad <br />had an interest in this property prior to becoming the fee owner <br />by being a beneficial owner in the Groiler trust, the previous fee <br />owner, which dates back 9 -years ago. <br />In the past year the property adjacent to my father's property <br />was changed from commercial to industrial.zdhing. We did not <br />oppose the rezoning request based on the assumption that the change <br />would be compatible with the O'Neill commercial property, which my <br />dad was told was to be included in the newly created commercial/ <br />industrial node. <br />J U L 13 1982 11 50` FACE 385 <br />
