Challacombe read the "Recommendation" from the <br />letter from Frank DeJoia, which requested a change from LD -1 <br />to LD -2, as well as indicating his intention to initiate a <br />petition to change the existing zoning from R-3 to R -2A. He <br />continued that staff has not had enough time to fully <br />explore this matter, and would like to defer this item until <br />the next public hearing. 'The present land use <br />designation is MD2.
