FF- <br />JUL 13 1982 � �8 <br />MOTION was made by Carolyn Eggert, SECONDED by <br />John Tippin, that the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />recommend to the Board that no change be made in <br />the Land Use Plan for this item. <br />Brief discussion followed along those lines. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It <br />was voted on and carried unanimously.. <br />ADDED ITEM - Lou Higgins - Atlantic Properties on U.S. #1 <br />Ms. Higgins discussed Atlantic Properties, located on <br />U.S. #1 south of Granada Gardens Subdivision, and across the <br />highway from Skaggs Appliance. She urged the Board to <br />consider changing the Land Use Map and change the <br />designation to commercial for the subject property. <br />Mr. Challacombe disagreed and referred to the Vista <br />Royale project.
