ORDINANCE NO. 85-53 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,EE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning ordi- nance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: A portion of Tract 8, in Section 1, Tcwrnship 33S, Range 38E, Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 25, Public Records, St. Lucie..County, Florida and lying in Indian River County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SE corner of the NE3 of said Section 1, thence North 00128121" East along the East line of said Section I for 162.73'; thence North 89°40140" West along the North Right -of -Way line of State Road 60 for 80.00' to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along the last described course for 361.5'; thence Borth 00°27118" East for 361.5'; thence South 89136'48" East for 361.5'; thence South 00128'21" West along a line parallel with and 80.00' west of the East line of said Section 1 for 361.5' to the Point of Beginning and containing 3.00 acres more or less. Be changed from RM -8, miultiple-Family Residential District, to C -1A, Restricted Commercial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
