ORDINANCE NO. 85- 76 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be charged in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />A parcel in the East 25.61 acres of Tract 9, Section <br />1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to the <br />last general plat of the Indian River Farms Company <br />as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records <br />of St. Lucie County, Florida, no•M Indian River <br />County, Florida, core particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the South right-of- <br />way for State Road No. 60 (including the adjacent <br />drainage easement) and the West right-of-way of 74th <br />Avenue run South along said West right-of-way 361.5 <br />feet; thence run West, parallel with the right-of-way <br />of State Road No. 60 361.5 feet; thence run Borth <br />parallel with aforesaid 74th Avenue right-of-way, <br />361.5 feet to State Road No. 60 right-of-way; thence <br />run East along said right of way, 361.5 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning. <br />All the above situate in Indian River County, Florida <br />and containing 3.00 acres, more or less. <br />Be changed from RM -6, Multiple -Family <br />Residential District, to C -1A, Restricted <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said 'Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 11ttgay of September 1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDI RIVER COUNTY <br />B <br />k,,�TRICK B.
