l <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-87 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 19.97 acres of Tract 9, Section 5, Township 335, <br />Range 39E. LESS AND EXCEPT the South 150' of the West 150' <br />of the East 19.97 acres of Tract 9, according to the last <br />general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. <br />Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25, said land <br />now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A, Agri---altural to C-1, Commercial <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and - <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 5th day of December <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />DON C.
