ORDINANCE NO. 85-21 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 20 acres of Tract 9, Section 5, Township 33S. <br />Range 39E, according to the last general plat of lands <br />of the Indian River Farms Company filed in the office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25; said land now lying <br />and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A, Agricultural District, to C-1, <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 6 day of March <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF CO TY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIA R ER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />ATRICK B.
