ORDINANCE NO. 84-61 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the Fleming <br />Grant Line and the South line of Tract A of Van Bergen <br />and Hendry's Addition to Roseland as recorded in Plat <br />Book 3, Page 39 of Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, thence South 43°00'38" East 5.02 feet along <br />said Fleming Grant Line, thence, South 45°54101" West <br />240.79 feet, thence North 43038149" West 54.93 feet to <br />the Point of Beginning, thence, continue North 43°38'49" <br />West 294.56 feet to a point on the South right-of-way <br />line for Roseland Road, thence run North 41°29'37" East, <br />along said right-of-way line, 114.57 feet to a non -tangent <br />point on a circular curve, said point bears South <br />67°41'29" West 12059.20 feet from the radius point, thence <br />Southeasterly along said circular curve for an arc length <br />of 324.98 feet through a central angle of 01°32'39" to the <br />Point of Beginning.
