- DLS-82-I-14-B - <br />B. Repay to the DIVISION any and all funds not thus <br />expended. <br />C. Make such written reports as the DIVISION may <br />require, including a narrative report showing the <br />progress of the program and written reports of <br />expenditures. <br />D. Review, at the close of the grant period, the <br />program and progress made toward its implementation. <br />E. Provide verification that the LIBRARY will comply . <br />with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. <br />F. Make available all financial records for projects <br />under the PROPOSAL should the DIVISION deem it <br />necessary in order for it to meet its obligation <br />for administration of Federal funds. <br />2. The DIVISION agrees to: <br />A. Furnish funds in accordance with the terms of the <br />program in the amount of eight thousand six <br />B. <br />hundred dollars ($8,600.00) for the period <br />April 1, 1982 through September 30, 1983 <br />in consideration of the LIBRARY's performance <br />hereinunder which amount will be paid semi-annually <br />the first payment to be made within ninety days of <br />execution to the LIBRARY, contingent upon funding <br />by the U.S. Department of Education. <br />Furnish supervision, counsel and assistance toward <br />the objective of providing library service in this <br />area. <br />3. The COUNTY and the DIVISION mutually agree: <br />A. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any <br />time by giving notice by registered mail of such <br />termination and specifying the effective date <br />thereof, at least thirty (30) days before the <br />effective date of such termination. <br />B. All Federal and State laws and regulations <br />� v <br />applicable to this Agreement and the funds <br />granted herein shall be observed by both <br />parties to the Agreement. <br />.
