ORDINANCE NO. 80-30 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 1/2 of the East 10 acres of Tract 13; and <br />the North 200 feet of the South 1/2 of the East 10 <br />acres of Tract 13; and the North 1/2 of the West 20.05 <br />acres and the North 200 feet of the South 1/2 of the <br />West 20.05 acres of Tract 14; all of the above land <br />being in Section 27, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, <br />all according to plat of lands of Indian River Farms <br />Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, <br />page 25; said land lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to M-1 Restricted <br />Industrial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect June 23, 1980. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />BY .IAI iX � t QXli/ A ( n.C. <br />D E A -r"0 -0Q <br />
