ORDINANCE NO. 80-20
<br />WHEREAS, the Roard of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held
<br />a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest
<br />and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />following described property situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Tracts 17, 18 and 19, in the South half of Section
<br />29, Township 32 South, Range 39 East: Tract 4, the
<br />East 9 acres of the West 18.62 acres of Tract 5, the
<br />East 20 acres of Tract 5, all in Section 32, Township
<br />32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida
<br />Be changed from A-Agricultural.District to R -IAA Single
<br />Family District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
<br />described in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />This Ordinance shall take effect April 28, 1980.
