ORDINANCE NO. 84"92 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />These portions of Government Lot 1 and Government Lot 2 in <br />Section 26, Township 31S, Range 39E, Indian River County, <br />Florida, lying westerly of State Road A -1-A; being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />COMMENCING at the NW corner of said Section 26; THENCE <br />along the north line of said Section 26; <br />South 89059'37" 3378.83 feet <br />THENCE South 00010125" East 40.10 feet <br />to the Point of Intersection with the Right -of -Way line of <br />County Road 510 (also known as Wabasso Beach Road); said <br />Point of Intersection being also the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />THENCE along said Right -of -Way line: <br />North 89059150" East 416.89 feet <br />to its intersection with the southwesterly Right -of -Way <br />line of State Road A -1-A; the Base Line of which is <br />parallel and concentric with and 50' northeasterly of <br />said southwesterly Right -of -Way as described in O. R. <br />Book 35, Page 393, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida, as shown on the Right -of -Way Map, <br />Section 8807-102; THENCE along said southwesterly Right - <br />of -Way line: <br />South 24127136" East 550.00 feet <br />THENCE South 8959159" West 644.60 feet <br />THENCE North 00000110" West 500.65 feet <br />to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 6.10 Acres. <br />Be changed from R-2, Multiple -Family District, and C-1, <br />Commercial District, to R -2D, Multiple -Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 12th day of December, <br />1984. <br />
