ORDINANCE NO. 84"92 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: These portions of Government Lot 1 and Government Lot 2 in Section 26, Township 31S, Range 39E, Indian River County, Florida, lying westerly of State Road A -1-A; being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the NW corner of said Section 26; THENCE along the north line of said Section 26; South 89059'37" 3378.83 feet THENCE South 00010125" East 40.10 feet to the Point of Intersection with the Right -of -Way line of County Road 510 (also known as Wabasso Beach Road); said Point of Intersection being also the POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE along said Right -of -Way line: North 89059150" East 416.89 feet to its intersection with the southwesterly Right -of -Way line of State Road A -1-A; the Base Line of which is parallel and concentric with and 50' northeasterly of said southwesterly Right -of -Way as described in O. R. Book 35, Page 393, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, as shown on the Right -of -Way Map, Section 8807-102; THENCE along said southwesterly Right - of -Way line: South 24127136" East 550.00 feet THENCE South 8959159" West 644.60 feet THENCE North 00000110" West 500.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 6.10 Acres. Be changed from R-2, Multiple -Family District, and C-1, Commercial District, to R -2D, Multiple -Family District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations. Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 12th day of December, 1984.
