ORDINANCE NO.R4_g5 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />intent to redesignate the hereinafter described property and <br />pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THERE- <br />FORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />the accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 4, Low's Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book <br />1, Page 27, of the Public Records of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida, said land now lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />AND ALSO <br />The following described parcels located within <br />Section 36, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Indian <br />River County, Florida: The South ? of Government <br />Lot 6; Government Lot 7; the South of Government <br />Lots 8 and 9, including Lots 1 through 22 and Tract <br />A, Riverside Estates Subdivision, as record in Plat <br />Book 5, Page 50, of the public records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from LD -2, Low Density Residential (up to <br />6 units/acre) to LD -1, Low Density Residential (up <br />to 3 units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Land Use Element. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 12th day <br />of October , 1983. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By: zz&�� <br />RICHARD N.
