ORDINANCE NO. 84-1 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />A portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 19, Township <br />33 South, Range 40 East, Indian River County, Florida, <br />lying easterly of the easterly right-of-way line of U.S. <br />Highway No. 1 being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at a point of intersection of the South line of <br />the Paul Goodridge property as described in Official <br />Record Book (O.R.D.) 24, Page 363, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida, with the new East right-of- <br />way of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence South 12105'58" East <br />(assumed datum) along said right-of-way 302.35 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning, thence continue South 12005'58" East <br />along said right-of-way 319.73 f^et; thence North <br />77°54'02" East 183.50 feet; thence North 12005'58" West <br />parallel to said right-of-way 280.26 feet; thence North <br />89°57'40" West 187.69 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />Containing 1.26 acres more or less. <br />Together with: the following described parcel: <br />Commencing at a point of intersection of the South line of <br />the Paul Goodridge property as described in Official <br />Record Book 24, Page 363 Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida with the new East right-of-way of U.S. <br />Highway No. 1; thence South 12005'58" East (assumed datum) <br />along said right-of-way 722.08 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning; thence continue South 12°05'58" East along said <br />right-of-way 600.76 feet to the South line of the property <br />conveyed to Waldo E. Sexton and Elsebeth M. Sexton by Oslo <br />Hammock Corporation on May 2, 1952 and described in Deed <br />Book 67, Page 93, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida; thence North 68048102" East (North 68046'00" East <br />Deed) along said line 185.83 feet; thence North 12005'58" <br />West parallel to said right-of-way 571.37 feet; thence <br />South 77°54'02" West 183.50 feet to the Point of Begin- <br />ning. Containing 2.47 acres more or less. <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District to <br />C-1, Commercial District. <br />
