ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Utilities Budget'Amendments, as <br />recommended by Financial Director Barton. <br />C. Budget Amendment for Jail Renovation Project <br />The Board reviewed the following memorandum dated <br />July 9, 1982: <br />To: Board of County Commissioners <br />July 9, 1982 <br />From: Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director <br />Subject: Approval of $65,000.00 budget amendment at 6/16/82 Commission 14eeting <br />On pages 39-44 of the minutes of your Commission meeting of 6/16/82, the wrong <br />account numbers were used to provide the $65,000.00 necessary for the bids on. <br />the Jail Renovation Project. <br />Please make a motion for the following budget amendment using the correct` <br />account numbers <br />Account Title Account No. Increase Decrease <br />Maint.-Buildings 001-906-$23-34.61 65,000 <br />B.C.C. Contingencies 001-199-513-99.91 65,000 <br />Both of these accounts are the General'Fund and expenditures should be charged <br />to 001-906-523-34.61 when Purchase Orders are written. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />approved the budget amendment as indicated in <br />the July 9, 1982 memorandum from Finance <br />Director Barton. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Fletcher requested that Items B, C, and H <br />be removed from the Consent Agenda. <br />A.
