These funds to be <br />used for the South County Water System. <br />ALTERNATIVES &„ANALYSIS: <br />There are no other funds available to be used in the completion of <br />payment on the South County Water System. <br />RECOMMENDATION & FUNDING: <br />It is recommended that the required signatures be affixed to this <br />application, and that it be forwarded at the earliest possible time <br />in order to start drawing on the funds. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, that the Chairman be <br />authorized to sign the grant application. <br />The Attorney commented that the County had already <br />contracted for this amount and the construction was <br />on-going. He explained- that FmHA was doing this as a <br />special courtesy to the County. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried with a vote <br />of 4 to 1, with Commissioner Fletcher <br />voting in opposition. <br />
