624 <br />J U L 211982 ® pur <br />Tim Smith came before the Board and explained that it <br />was time to dredge the Sebastian Inlet; they were going down <br />to 151, which was the sand trap. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, that the Board approve <br />the Sebastian Inlet Tax District Commission's <br />request to dredge the Sebastian Inlet. <br />Attorney Brandenburg commented that the new law allows <br />the County more of an input into this process, and suggested <br />that the Board establish a procedure on how to handle this <br />type of an application. He added that the application could <br />be sent through the Planning & Zoning Commission for an <br />initial review, then brought back to the Board. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It <br />was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />requested that the Planning Department prepare <br />the handling of the permit applications concerning <br />this matter. <br />SPECIAL MASTERS - PROPERTY APPRAISAL ADJUSTMENT BOARD <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested that this item be <br />postponed until a later date. <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to postpone this item until a later date. <br />
