ORDINANCE 170. 94-4S
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
<br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
<br />be amended as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />following described property situated in
<br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />The subject property is described as being a part of
<br />Section 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, and a part of
<br />Section 35, Township 33 South, Range,39 East, Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and is more specifically described as:
<br />LOTS 1 THROUGH 13 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK B, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION,
<br />UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT
<br />BOOK 4, PAGE 28, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY RECORDS; SAID
<br />LAND LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
<br />TOGETHER WITH:
<br />THE WEST 330 FEET OF TRACT 13, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP
<br />33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST; THE WEST 330 FEET OF TRACTS
<br />4, 5, and 12, AND THE WEST 330 FEET OF THE NORTH 756.62
<br />FEET OF TRACT 13, OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE
<br />39 EAST, LESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF RECORD, AS SHOWN ON THE
<br />PLAT OF INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED
<br />IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE
<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
<br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to R-1, Single -
<br />Family District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
<br />described in said Zoning Regulations.
<br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Comnissioners
<br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 1st day of August
<br />1984.
