ORDINANCE NO. 84-42 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THMMEORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described properties situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />PARCEL, "A" - CaVENCING AT THE SW CORNER OF TRACT 4, SECTION 34, <br />TOWNSHIP 31S, RANGE 39E AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF <br />332.45' TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EASTERLY ALONG SAID <br />SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 340.10' TO THE WEST RIGHT - <br />OF -MY LINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY #1; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID <br />WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 808.79'; THENCE WESTERLY AND <br />PARALLEL TO SAID SOUTH LINE SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 219.48'; <br />THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO SAID WEST RIGHT -CIF -WAY LINE <br />OF U.S. HIGHWAY #1 A DISTANCE OF 523.79'; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND <br />PARALLEL EL. TO THE WENT LINE OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 259.73' <br />BACK TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPTING THE SOUTH 35' <br />THEREFROM CONTAINING 3.806 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />ZC'AMTIER WITH <br />PARCEL "B" - BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF TRACT 4, SECTION 34, <br />TOWNSHIP 31S, RANGE 39E AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLCWS: <br />RUN NORTHERLY ALONG SAID SECTION LINE 737.02'; THENCE EASTERLY AND <br />PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 110.76'; THENCE <br />SOUTHEASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF U.S. <br />HIGHWAY #1 A DISTANCE OF 523.79'; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO <br />SAID WEST LINE OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 259.73' TO THE SOUTH <br />LINE OF SECTION 34; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 34 <br />A DISTANCE OF 332.45' BACK TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND <br />EXCEPTING THE SOUTH 35' OF THE WEST 207.45' AND THE SOUTH 160' OF <br />THE EAST 125' THEREFROM. CONTAINING 3.784 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />Be changed from C-lA, Restricted Commercial District, to C-2, <br />Heavy Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 18 day of July <br />1984. <br />
