VAA L ORDINANCE NO. 80-31 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, to -wit: Tract 9, Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 39 East according to general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25, and The East 10.9 acres of Tract 15 and all of Tract 16 EXCEPT the East 198 feet of the West 205.5 feet of the South 355 feet of said Tract 16, Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, all according to the last general Plat of INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25, and Tract 10, Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, all according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida - Be changed from R-1 Residential District to A Agricultural District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
