dw' <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-58 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of <br />Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and <br />pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at <br />which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 28.47 feet of Tract 10, and Tract 15, less the <br />West 26.5 acres, except the North 30 feet thereof, in <br />Section 4, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to <br />the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company, as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book <br />2, Page 25; said land now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A, Agriculture, to LM -1, Light Man- <br />ufacturing District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 5tti day of Sentemher <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: k C <br />DON C.
