ORDINANCE NO. 81-41 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the South 200 feet of Tract 9, Section 3, <br />Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to the last <br />General Plat of Lands of the Indian River Farms Company, <br />as recorded in Plat Book'2, Page 25, Public Records of <br />St. Lucie County, Florida, lying East of Interstate 95 <br />Highway and also, the North 9.03 acres of Tract 16 lying <br />East of I-95 in Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 <br />East, according to the last General Plat of Lands of <br />Indian River Farms Company, filed in the Office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 2, Page 25 said land now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to LM -1 Light <br />Manufacturing District. <br />All with the meaning And intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect December 2, 1981. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPYOF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FIZEDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />BY D.C. <br />DATE <br />
