CLUP - <br />Tuesday, July 27, 1982 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Special Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Tuesday_,__July 27, 1982, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. Present <br />were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Alfred Grover Fletcher, <br />Vice Chairman; Dick Bird; Patrick B. Lyons, and William C. <br />Wodtke, Jr. Also present were C. B. Hardin, Assistant <br />County Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; and Virginia Hargreaves, <br />Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, explained the <br />procedure to be followed, announced that remarks would be <br />f <br />limited to five.minutes and that the meeting would be ended <br />at 10 o'clock and another meeting scheduled, if necessary. <br />He further noted that the full Planning & Zoning Commission <br />is not present tonight, although their Chairman, Carolyn <br />Eggert, is in the audience. <br />The hour of 7:00 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />Jit 2 7 1982 <br />1 K 50 FAASS <br />
