proposed depths <br />(3) location of hard pan, muck or other unique soil <br />conditions <br />(4) details of bulkhead construction. <br />(q) developer shall submit to County copies of the <br />applications on permits from all other permitting agencies that <br />are applicable to the project. <br />4) Review. Upon receipt of said plans and specifica- <br />tions, the Department of Public Works shall forward one set each <br />of the plans and specifications to the Indian River County <br />Utilities and Community Development Divisions. If a subdivision <br />is to be furnished water by a public or private utility company, <br />the applicant shall provide the Public Works Director with written <br />confirmation that the municipal utilities department or the County <br />Utilities Division has approved the plans and specifications for <br />the water system in the subdivision. Within ten (10) working days <br />after receipt of such plans and specifications, the Utilities and <br />Community Development Divisions shall submit their recommendations <br />to the Public Works Director. The Public Works Director and the <br />Utilities Director and the Community Development Director shall <br />review plans and specifications for conformity with the design of <br />the preliminary plat, construction specification requirements of <br />this ordinance and any other applicable laws or regulations. The <br />applicant will be advised of the departmental comments by the <br />Public Works Division within fifteen (15) working days from date <br />of submittal. Upon receipt of documents revised in accordance <br />with comments, the permit shall be issued. <br />5) Approval of Plans and Spec-ifications. After the <br />review of the Utilities, the Community Development and the Public <br />Works Divisions, the Public Works Director shall, within ten (10) <br />working days, approve, disapprove, or approve subject to specified <br />conditions, the construction plans and specifications and issue a <br />land development permit upon payment of such fees as the Board of <br />County Commissioners may establish by resolution from time to <br />time. <br />6) Inspections.
