Community Development Division at least thirty (30) days prior to <br />the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County <br />Commissioners during which the final plat is to be considered. <br />The plat shall be accompanied by: <br />(a) a letter from the owner or owner's agent <br />requesting the Board to consider Final Plat approval for the <br />project <br />(b) the appropriate filing fee and application <br />(c) a certified cost estimate shall be prepared by <br />the developer's engineer and shall include the cost of surveying, <br />engineering and construction of all required improvements in <br />substantially the following form: <br />CERTIFICATE OF COST ESTIMATE <br />I, I <br />a Florida registered engineer, License No. do hereby <br />certify to Indian River County that a cost estimate has been pre- <br />pared under my responsible direction for those improvements item- <br />ized in this exhibit and that the total cost estimated for said <br />improvements is $ This estimate has been pre- <br />pared, in part, to induce approval by the County of a final plat <br />for the Subdivision, and for the <br />purpose of establishing proper surety amounts associated there- <br />with. <br />(Signature) <br />(Name, Florida Registered Engineer <br />License No. <br />(AFFIX SEAL) <br />or the actual contract price(s) may be substituted for the engi- <br />neer's cost estimate. <br />(d) appropriate security for required improvements <br />as specified in Section 8 of this ordinance unless a certificate <br />of completion has been issued by the Community Development <br />Division. <br />(e) five (5) copies of the Final Plat drawing show- <br />ing required information and certifications <br />(f) security for maintenance meeting the require- <br />ments of Section 8 of this ordinance if a certificate of comple- <br />tion has been issued. <br />(g) a copy of the property owners' association <br />documents which accept the responsibility for maintenance of all <br />private streets, right-of-ways, easements, recreation area, <br />-33- <br />
