vow.,:... , <br />encumbrance. <br />The title certification shall be an opinion of a <br />Florida attorney-at-law, or the certification of an abstract or <br />title insurance company licensed to do business in Florida. The <br />County reserves the right to require that the title certification <br />be brought current at the time of final plat approval. <br />(d) Certificate of Surveyor. The plat shall contain: <br />(1) the signature, registration number and official <br />seal of the land surveyor, certifying the <br />survey data compiled and shown on the plat <br />complies with all of the requirements of <br />Chapter 177, Florida Statutes, as amended, and <br />this ordinance in the following form: <br />CERTIFICATE OF SURVEYOR <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the <br />undersigned, being a licensed and registered land surveyor, <br />does hereby certify that on he <br />completed the survey of the lands as shown in the foregoing <br />plat; that said plat is a correct presentation of the lands <br />therein described and platted or subdivided; that permanent <br />reference monuments have been placed as shown thereon as <br />required by Chapter 177, Florida Statutes and the Indian <br />River County Subdivision and Platting Ordinance; and that <br />said land is located in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Dated Registration No. <br />(2) a statement that permanent reference monuments, <br />"P.R.M.," have been set in compliance with <br />Chapter 177, Florida Statutes, as amended <br />(3) each P.C.P. will be set under the direction and <br />supervision of the surveyor within one (1) year <br />from the date the plat was recorded. When <br />required improvements have been completed prior <br />to the recording of a plat, the certification <br />shall state that each P.C.P. has been set in <br />compliance with the laws of the State of <br />Florida and ordinances of Indian River County. <br />When plats are recorded and improvements are to <br />be accomplished under surety posted as provided <br />for by this ordinance, the required improve- <br />ments and surety shall include each P.C.P.. <br />-40- <br />
