(h) Instrument Prepared By. The name and address <br />of the natural person who prepared the plat shall be contained on <br />the plat. The name and address shall be in statement form <br />consisting of the words, "This instrument was prepared by <br />(name) (address) " <br />(i) All signatures required shall be originals on <br />the final plat and shall be made in permanent dark ink acceptable <br />to the Public Works Director <br />8) Review of Final Plat Documents. The County staff <br />shall review the final plat and documents as to their compliance <br />with the applicable laws. Within fifteen (15) working days after <br />submittal by the applicant, the Community Development Division <br />will report their findings, recommendations and comments to the <br />developer in writing. Reference shall be made to the specific <br />sections and paragraphs with which the final plat documents do not <br />comply. When the final plat documents meet the provisions of all <br />applicable laws, the Community Development Director shall <br />recommend to the County Administrator that the request for Final <br />Plat approval be placed on the agenda of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. If the recommendation is received at least seven <br />(7) working days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting, <br />the request shall be placed on the agenda for that meeting. <br />9) Approval by the Board. Upon presentation of infor- <br />mation presented by County staff, the Board shall determine <br />whether the final plat is in substantial conformity with the pre- <br />liminary plat and meets all the requirements of the laws, rules <br />and regulations of Indian River County and after consideration <br />shall approve, postpone for future consideration, approve subject <br />to specified conditions or disapprove for stated reasons. <br />In rejecting any final plat, the Board shall provide <br />reasons for such action making reference to specific sections in <br />these regulations or applicable County policy established by the <br />Board. The Community Development Division shall send a copy of <br />such reasons to the developer within ten (10) working days follow- <br />ing the Commission meeting. The subdivider may comply with the <br />Board's recommendations and re -submit the Final Plat to the <br />-42- <br />
