6) stormwater and flood water management system <br />according to Indian River County Ordinance #82-28 <br />7) street signs <br />8) permanent control points <br />9) water management facilities <br />10) tree protection <br />11) bridges and culverts when necessary <br />12) filling and drainage as necessary <br />13) traffic control devices as necessary <br />14) other improvements deemed necessary by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission or the Board to comply with <br />the requirements and intent of this ordinance and to <br />protect the public health, safety or general <br />welfare. <br />B. Improvements Required in some Subdivisions <br />Each subdivision shall contain the following improve- <br />ments designed and constructed to conform to the requirements and <br />specifications in the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River <br />County and the State of Florida if required in the zonirfg district <br />applicable to the subdivision. <br />1) bikeways <br />2) sidewalks <br />3) alleys <br />4) buffer areas <br />5) fire hydrants <br />6) parks and recreational areas <br />7) beach access areas <br />8) curbing <br />9) street lights <br />10) other improvements deemed necessary by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission or the Board to comply with <br />the requirements and intent of this ordinance and to <br />protect the public health, safety or general <br />welfare. <br />SECTION 10 <br />DESIGN STANDARDS <br />A.
